I have provided therapy for a total of six years now, and have been in private practice for three of those six years. I enjoy encouraging and growing with clients on how to sustain manageable mental health habits and care. In therapy together, you are welcomed to show up just as you are. I take a slow, educational stance on keeping my clients informed throughout the therapeutic process. I provide therapy from a trauma-informed, gender affirming, evidence-based approach. We may laugh or cry. We may share jokes, recipes, or other casual information. Something we are agreeing to do in therapy is change, and change NOT comfortable. If I am not advocating for change in a safe way, then I am not doing my part as your therapist. I look forward to your journey and working together.

I am from the Pacific Northwest. I grew up with a natural curiosity about mental health. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a therapist when I became an adult. As natural as fish are to water, being a therapist is my calling. I first graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts. I took a year-long self-care break before continuing on for my second degree. I graduated from Capella University with a Master of Science and a certificate in Contemporary Theory in Mental Health.
